can be held liable for any injury, damage or loss to tenants or their property.  Tenants will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Little Haven or its contents during 
the hire period. Please repect our property and leave Little Haven in the same condition as you found it. Children must be supervised at all times near the river's edge and 
small children are advised to always wear a life jacket when outside.
