Need to Know
Linen
Please supply your own linen, i.e. duvet covers, bottom sheet, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. There are two double beds and two single beds. We supply the duvets and pillows for all beds. There are matress and pillow protectors on all beds.
Car Parking
We have one designated car parking space included in the price and other spaces can be purchased if required.
Access
Little Haven is a 5 minute walk from the car park down the riverside concrete path. The flat concrete path is wide enough for a wheelchair and our large luggage cart. Please note that the path is not illuminated so please bring a torch especially if arriving after dark.
Pets
Yes, we accept well behaved pets for a fee of £5 per pet per day.
Smoking
For the comfort of others we ask visitors not to smoke inside the holiday cottage.
Bookings
Please email and we will respond within 48hrs.
A non returnable booking deposit of £100 per week is requested. This is deducted from the balance that is payable at the latest one month before your arrival. On receipt of your payment we will immediately confirm your reservation and send you a receipt.
Change Over
You may access Little Haven from 3pm on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in a clean condition.
Electricity
Electricity is in the price of hire.
Getting there by Car Please use Willowcroft Camping and Caravan Park NR29 5JU as destination in Sat Navs. This will be in Staithe Road on the right. The road turns right, straight after there is a sign saying Private Property, our car parking space is in here. After parking your car turn right out of car park, head towards river and behind the properties on the right by the post box is a pathway. The property is 5 mins walk down the path.
